Language Challenge 180: Week 9 Check-In Email

by Corey · 1 comment

Dear Language Challenge 180 Friends,

Another week of language learning. Woohoo! Even though I really should be working on German in preparation for our visit to family in autumn, I can’t stop focusing on French and Spanish. I guess it is the fun of working on something new? Whatever it is, I have been having a great time (even though my kids think I am crazy since I speak to them in broken French and Spanish all day long). I hope your week was enjoyable (and productive too)!

Without further ado… Here is today’s Check-In Activity and a special giveaway for a FANTASTIC book. The giveaway is open to anyone, even those not doing Language Challenge 180, so please tell your friends, family and teachers:

Congratulations to Mikayla who won the Week 8 giveaway! Thank you everyone for entering! Keep entering the giveaways that you are most interested in! The chances are high that you will win something along the way since we have so many generous sponsors who donated so many giveaway gifts!

“watashi wa ___________ desu.” is the most common phrase around here. It means “I am ____________.”
