Dear Language Challenge 180 Friends,
Things got off to a great start last Friday! I hope you had a chance to check out our Language Challenge Day 1 post (http://www.multilingualliving.com/2012/02/29/language-challenge-180-day-1/) and to do the activities!
First of all, I want to let everyone know that you now have an easy way to find the Language Challenge 180 pages! Thanks to a recommendation from a friend, we have added the Language Challenge 180 logo to our main homepage. Just go to http://www.multilingualliving.com, look to the right of the main post and click on the Language Challenge 180 logo. You will be all set!
Our focus this week: This week we are going to continue building our language learning foundation. We’ll start by writing down which exact resources we have available and then we will assess which resources we enjoy using/doing the most. Language learning isn’t just about memorizing vocabulary and grammar rules! It is about feeling wonderful about the language as well. This week we will start to figure out how to make language learning a pleasurable experience for ourselves and our children.
Head over to our Language Challenge 180: Day 4 post (http://www.multilingualliving.com/2012/03/05/language-challenge-180-day-4/) to get started on this. You don’t have to read the whole post if you don’t want to. You are welcome to scroll down the Day 4 post to find today’s three activities. Make sure to complete them by Wednesday which is when you will receive your next email. By Friday we should be done building our foundation and can jump into some real language learning activities!
Note: Some people aren’t receiving these emails due to spam filters. Please ask your friends if they have received their emails. If not, ask them to check their spam folders!
Talk with you again on Wednesday,
