I don’t have any great resources but I would really like to see ipad games for beginner vocabulary (things like colors or animals or other beginner words or anything else) or links to easy reader books (like when you are just learning to read).

I have lived in Japan for many years. My spoken Japanese is fluent, but I really need to improve my reading and writing. I have bought myself a new kanji book, signed up for new classes and I hope to take the Japanese test this summer.

I’m working on my daughter’s Spanish during this Challenge, but I’m fluent in Japanese (I work as a translator) and my kids have Jpns lessons weekly, so I’m always watching for ways to boost their Japanese. Here are a few sites I have bookmarked: (by the Japan Foundation) (great worksheets) (Jpns learning games) (daily podcasts) (visualizing Jpns grammar) (online games IN Jpns) (hiragana practice) (printouts) (NHK online) (more online games IN Jpns)

Hope that helps! Gambatte ne!
